The economic peak of every culture has their little treats that those of lesser importance are unable to afford. France has caviar, England has delicate pastries, Japan has hookers, and when I got out of my meeting yesterday, I went to a little place on Wall Street to see what the elite of the U.S. nibble on as they sip their champagne.... yip...
